Having employed SX Constructions for two previous Spirit House renovations, we did not hesitate to call on Steve and his team to build our new Hongsa Bar and adjoining Private Dining Room. Our brief to SX was to erect a modern building which would blend into the existing tropical gardens. We desired this space to be an open invitation to our clients, luring them in for a pre dinner cocktail or lunch time snack. Requiring surfaces that would stand up to commercial wear and tear, SX guided us through the myriad of options while keeping our tight budget firmly in mind.
